Greek Honey Puffs

Mmmm.Delicious!

Ingredients:

7 g dry yeast

250 ml warm milk

2 tablespoons caster sugar

1 egg beaten lightly

60g butter,melted

300g plain flour

vegetable oil for deep frying

230g honey , warmed

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts

First of all , combine yeast , milk , sugar , egg and butter in a large bowl.Mix well.Than , gradually stir in sifted flour;beat until smooth.

Cover bowl and leave to stand in warm place for about 1 1/2 hours or until batter doubles in size and bubbles appear on the surface.

Deep fry rounded teaspoons of batter,in hot oil, dipping spoon in hot oil before spooning mixture out of bowl.Drain puffs on absorbent paper.

Divide puffs among serving plates, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and walnuts.

We saw a funny movie with Guinea Pigs as special agents ( how cute is that?!).It's called G-Force and it's available in theaters in digital 3D.If you're into animations , it's a must see!:)
